WrenchStack's editorial awards name a winner in each category of trades software, with honorable mentions in 17 of the 18 categories. No vendor paid for placement, and we do not sell "shortlist" badges.

- Editorial selection. The 2026 winners were chosen on 2026-05-28 by editorial judgement of fit for each category's buyer profile, informed by the WrenchStack Fit Score as it stood then, which had five factors, including third-party review ratings and feature depth. Feature depth was removed on 2026-09-01 and the ratings factor on 2026-09-30 (we could not verify the ratings), and the winners have not been re-selected since. No vendor paid for a position.
- Affiliate disclosure. Each tool's review page carries an affiliate disclosure, and the affiliate ledger on the methodology page lists our affiliate status with every tool. Winners whose "Visit" links are tracked affiliate or referral links: ServiceTitan, Workiz and Service Fusion. Pricing benchmark report sales are listed in the report ledger. Whether a vendor bought a report is not an input to any listing, Fit Score, ranking, award or reputation flag, or to whether a product is listed.
