- Editorial selection. Winners are chosen on a published rubric (vertical fit, user ratings, pricing transparency, integration coverage). No vendor can purchase a position.
- Annual refresh. Every category is re-evaluated each year. Last year's winner doesn't auto-renew.
- Transparent affiliate disclosure. If we earn affiliate commission on a winner, it's flagged on the tool's review page and in our public affiliate ledger.
- Methodology is public. See the methodology page for the rubric, data sources, and weights.
