How editorial review works
Send us your company name, website, primary trade verticals served, distinguishing characteristics vs comparable vendors, and current customer count. Form below — or email partners@wrenchstack.com directly.
Our editorial team evaluates whether your platform fits an existing or planned category. Within 5 business days, we respond with: editorial fit assessment, expected publication timeline, methodology reference, and any clarifying questions.
Pricing tiers verified directly from your public pricing page. Feature list compiled from documentation, product demos, and user-review aggregation. Reputation patterns reviewed across Reddit, BBB, Trustpilot, and forum sources. Full methodology →
Your review publishes with the same structure as every other vendor in your category: long-form editorial, pros/cons, pricing breakdown, FAQs, and verified_date stamp. You'll see the WrenchStack Fit Score™, integration matrix, and (where applicable) reputation_flag context. We notify you when live.
What inclusion means — and doesn't
- ✓ Inclusion is editorial. We evaluate, write, and publish — independent of whether you have an affiliate program or sponsor placements.
- ✓ Same methodology applies. Your WrenchStack Fit Score™ comes from the same formula as every other vendor in your category.
- ✓ Affiliate relationships disclosed. If you run a program we join, it's flagged in our per-vendor ledger. Recommendation isn't conditional on it.
- ✗ Inclusion does not guarantee a positive review. If our research surfaces concerns (FTC actions, audit-pattern complaints, customer-hostile contract terms), the review will document them with citations.
- ✗ Inclusion does not guarantee absence of a reputation_flag. Reputation flags get attached based on documented patterns regardless of vendor relationship.
- ✗ Inclusion is not for sale. We don't accept payment to be included, to influence ranking, to remove cons, or to soften reputation flags. See methodology for the full list.

If you're already in the directory, you can embed a free "Rated on WrenchStack" badge on your site — it links back to your independent review, signals to your customers that a neutral third party assessed you, and costs nothing. Displaying it never changes your score. Get your badge →

Frequently asked by vendors
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. Inclusion is editorial and free. We do not accept payment for inclusion, ranking, awards, or content modifications. Where we have an affiliate relationship with a listed vendor, it's disclosed transparently in our per-vendor ledger.
How long does editorial review take?
Initial review response within 5 business days. Full editorial publication typically 3-4 weeks from submission to live page, depending on data collection complexity and editorial queue.
Can I review or approve the editorial before it publishes?
No. Vendor review/approval would undermine editorial independence. We do verify factual claims against your public materials (pricing pages, documentation) and welcome corrections to factual errors after publication.
What if the review surfaces concerns about our product?
Our reviews include both pros and cons — sometimes the cons are significant. Where we document patterns warranting a reputation_flag (FTC actions, BBB complaint volume, audit-pattern complaints, customer-hostile contract terms), the warning appears prominently. Concerns get cited to documented sources.
Can I update my listing after publication?
Yes — for factual updates (pricing changes, new features, new integrations, geographic expansion), email partners@wrenchstack.com with documentation. We refresh on a quarterly cadence and incorporate factual updates promptly.
Do you cover international vendors?
Yes — extensively. Alongside deep US coverage, we run 17 international markets: the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the six GCC states, South Africa, France, Morocco, Jordan, Egypt and Malaysia — with the Gulf and other MENA markets published in both English and Arabic. Non-US vendors are welcome to submit; the editorial timeline depends on category readiness in your market.
