These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WrenchStack (wrenchstack.com, the "Site"), an independent research publication operated by WrenchStack ("WrenchStack," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What WrenchStack is — and isn't

WrenchStack publishes independent editorial research, comparisons, and opinion about software and service vendors for trades and field-service businesses. Our content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, insurance, or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for your own research. Before purchasing any product or service, verify current details directly with the vendor and consider your own circumstances.

2. Accuracy and "as is" availability

We work hard to keep information accurate and current — for example, we stamp pricing with a verified date — but vendor pricing, features, and terms change frequently and without notice to us. The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Affiliate relationships

WrenchStack earns affiliate commissions when readers sign up with some of the vendors we cover, via outbound links. This does not affect our editorial assessments: our WrenchStack Fit Score™ methodology and our reputation flags are applied identically regardless of whether a vendor pays us. 4. Third-party links and content

The Site links to third-party websites we don't operate or control. We're not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, compilation, and original analysis on the Site — including the WrenchStack Fit Score™ name and methodology — are owned by WrenchStack and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may link to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, republish, or create derivative works from substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission. Vendor names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure, or using its content in ways that infringe our rights or mislead others about its source.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchStack and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any business, purchasing, or financial decision you make based on the Site. Your use of the Site and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where a specific jurisdiction is required, it will be the jurisdiction in which WrenchStack is operated. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
