Humi by Employment Hero continues to serve existing clients and is the product Employment Hero recommends for businesses in Quebec or needing French-language support. The main Employment Hero platform covers HR, payroll, recruitment, benefits, and time and attendance.

Canada note
Employment Hero's Canadian payroll calculates federal and provincial income tax, CPP, CPP2 and EI, prepares CRA remittance schedules and T4 packages, and generates ROEs when Payroll and HR are both active, applying provincial rules for the provinces it supports. For Québec, Employment Hero points customers to Humi by Employment Hero, which it says is built for Quebec compliance, with data stored on AWS servers in Canada.
Payworks

Payworks is a Canadian payroll and workforce management provider headquartered in Winnipeg, offering payroll, HR, employee self service, and time and absence tools. Payworks says it has served businesses across Canada for more than 25 years and onboards more than 4,000 customers each year. UK private equity firm Hg invested in the company in September 2025.

Canada note
Payworks says it submits ROEs to Service Canada and handles tax remittances and WCB premiums for clients, with support from a Canadian National Service Centre. It also runs a French-language website.
