AccFlex sells ERP and accounting programs for companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, with sector editions for trade and distribution, manufacturing, ready-mix concrete, real-estate investment and construction, plus HR, cashier and sales-rep apps. Its construction program covers project management, construction contracts, payment certificates (مستخلصات), payment orders and cost allocation, the vendor says. The site is in Arabic and English.

Egypt note

AccFlex says its programs are approved by the Egyptian Tax Authority and Saudi ZATCA and support e-invoicing, and that its construction edition handles contractor payment certificates (مستخلصات). Ask for a demo of the Egyptian e-invoice submission before buying.

Autodesk Construction Cloud (now Forma)

Autodesk's construction cloud, now Autodesk Forma: documents, model coordination, takeoff and project management

Autodesk Construction Cloud became part of Autodesk Forma on 24 March 2026, and its products were renamed (Autodesk Build is now Forma Build; Autodesk Docs is now Forma Data Management). Forma is sold in three bundles: Model Management (model coordination, design collaboration, Navisworks Manage), Preconstruction (takeoff, estimating, BuildingConnected bid management) and Construction Operations (Forma Build project management and submittals), each with Forma Data Management for documents.

Egypt note

Forma is a project and document platform with no Egyptian tax or e-invoicing role, so an Egyptian contractor still needs a local ERP for ETA compliance. Autodesk's regional and reseller pages could not be read in this check, so buy through an Autodesk-authorised reseller and confirm local support and pricing.
