EBP Bâtiment and Organilog are both Tier S: our check found each one's prices published on its own website, so you can compare their costs before talking to sales. The tier is not a quality ranking: weigh the pros, cons, pricing and France-specific notes below against your trade and region.

EBP Bâtiment

Tier S · Published prices

Devis, factures et chantiers pour le bâtiment, par EBP (groupe Cegid)

EBP Bâtiment is the building-trade range of EBP, a French business-software publisher based in Gazeran that joined the Cegid group in July 2024. It comes in three editions (ACTIV, PRO and ELITE) covering quotes, invoices, progress billing, worksite tracking and a mobile app, with PRO and ELITE adding planning, stock and purchasing. EBP integrates the plateforme agréée Shine for French e-invoicing.

Pros

  • + Three editions, from 1-user ACTIV to multi-company ELITE
  • + Situations de travaux, progress invoices and métré built in
  • + Plateforme agréée Shine integrated for e-invoicing
  • + Published monthly prices for ACTIV and PRO

Cons

  • − Batiprix and Batichiffrage libraries are bought separately from their publishers
  • − Published prices cover one user; multi-user versions are on quote
  • − ELITE is quote-only
  • − Worksite planning, stock and purchasing need PRO or above

France note

EBP says its building range complies with the French e-invoicing reform through the integrated plateforme agréée Shine, which is on the DGFiP list of registered platforms. If you price from a works library, budget separately for Batiprix or Batichiffrage, which EBP connects to but does not supply.

Typical France pricing: Published, per month excl. VAT (HT): Bâtiment ACTIV €53 (1 user), Bâtiment PRO €82 (1 user, 3 companies). ELITE and multi-user versions (ACTIV up to 4 users, PRO up to 12) on quote. Works-price libraries cost extra.

Organilog

Tier S · Published prices

Gestion d'interventions, planning et maintenance pour les métiers de terrain

Organilog is field-service software published by SARL Adalgo, a company founded in 2013 in Pontchâteau (Loire-Atlantique). It is built around interventions, team planning, maintenance contracts and an offline-capable mobile app, with quotes, invoicing, stock and CRM on higher plans. It targets service trades such as HVAC, plumbing, building, maintenance, landscaping and cleaning; Organilog says more than 1,600 companies use it.

Pros

  • + Free Basique plan to start
  • + Published per-user prices
  • + Interventions, planning, maintenance contracts and an offline mobile app
  • + Chorus Pro connector and e-invoice issuing from the Business plan

Cons

  • − Per-user pricing grows with team size
  • − Invoicing needs Business; e-invoice receipt and progress invoices need Premium
  • − Premium plans are billed yearly
  • − Free plan has limited features, no support and a 72-hour archive

France note

Organilog says it is compatible with French and Belgian e-invoicing, with issuing from the Business plan and receiving only in Premium, and Business and above include a Chorus Pro connector for public-sector clients. It does not name its plateforme agréée and is not on the DGFiP list itself, so ask which platform it uses.

Typical France pricing: Published, per user per month (the page does not say HT or TTC): Basique free (limited); Pro €19; Business €35; Premium €59 and Premium + Carte €64, both on yearly billing.
