EBP Paie is the payroll offer of EBP, a French management-software publisher based in Gazeran (Yvelines) that joined the Cegid group in July 2024. It comes as self-managed software (payslips, DSN filing, collective-agreement updates) or as an outsourced service with a dedicated payroll manager. EBP also sells EBP Devis Facture Bâtiment for building firms and EBP Comptabilité for accounting.

Silae
Tier A · ListedPayroll software deployed through accounting firms and integrators; Cegid combination announced
Silae is a French payroll and HR software publisher whose products (mySilae Paie, Entreprise, BI, Santé and others) are deployed and maintained by about 6,000 partner accounting firms and integrators rather than sold direct. Silae says it produces 8 million payslips a month, has 900 collective agreements integrated, and that its partners serve about one million companies. On 9 September 2026 Silae and Cegid, both majority-owned by Silver Lake, announced a plan to combine, subject to works-council consultation and regulatory approval, with completion expected in the first half of 2027.

Silae says 900 collective agreements are integrated; ask the firm to confirm your BTP convention and CIBTP leave-fund declarations are handled. Silae and Cegid announced a planned combination on 9 September 2026.
