InvoiceQ says it was founded in 2020 in Jordan as a SaaS company for e-invoicing and integration, and lists an office at King Hussein Business Park in Amman plus a Riyadh office. Its Jordan portal issues and receives e-invoices and connects existing systems (it names Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero and JD Edwards) to the Income and Sales Tax Department's national e-invoicing system. It works as a compliance layer on top of an existing back office rather than replacing it.

Jordan note
InvoiceQ says its platform is compatible with the latest updates from Jordan's Income and Sales Tax Department and offers a custom ISTD Integration plan for firms that want to keep their existing ERP or accounting system. ISTD does not publish a list of approved software, so confirm the integration scope with the vendor.
Odoo

Odoo is a modular ERP from Odoo S.A. covering accounting, invoicing, projects, inventory, HR and more, sold as a cloud subscription or run from the open-source Community code. Its Jordan localization installs a Jordanian chart of accounts, 16% sales tax and tax report (l10n_jo) plus a JoFotara e-invoicing module (l10n_jo_edi). Implementation is sold separately through Odoo Success Packs or partners.

Jordan note
Odoo's Jordan localization installs the Jordanian chart of accounts, 16% sales tax, exempt and 0% export taxes and a JoFotara module that sends invoices in UBL 2.1 for real-time validation and puts the JoFotara QR code on the PDF for checking in the Sanad app. You need an Activity Number, Client ID and Secret Key from ISTD, and the company currency must be JOD.
