Its footer credits the Government Procurement Department (GPD) and the Government Tenders Department (GTD); GTD runs central works tenders such as water, wastewater, road and building projects. It is a bidding portal, not a lead service.

Jordan note
The Government Tenders Department says all Jordanian construction contractors and technical service providers must activate the Sanad service with its e-procurement section to submit bids electronically on JONEPS. GTD also handles contractor classification, so check your classification and Sanad access before a tender closes.
