Autodesk moved Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) into its Autodesk Forma brand on 24 March 2026 and renamed the products, for example Forma Build, Forma Data Management, Forma Takeoff and Forma Estimate. Autodesk sells them in three quote-based bundles, Model Management, Preconstruction and Construction Operations, which also include Navisworks Manage, BuildingConnected Pro, ProEst and Pype tools.

Kuwait note

No Kuwait reseller or local office was confirmed in this check, so ask any Kuwait seller whether it is an authorised Autodesk partner and who provides local support and training. The tools suit engineering firms and contractors working with BIM models; simple jobs do not need them.

Real-estate and construction ERP from India, sold in the Gulf from Dubai

In4Velocity Systems, based in Bangalore, India, sells In4Suite, an ERP for real-estate developers, contractors and infrastructure firms that covers land banking, project budgets and engineering, sales, leasing, property management, finance and HR and payroll. It runs a Kuwait landing page but no Kuwait office; its Middle East office is in Business Bay, Dubai. In4Velocity says it has more than 700 clients in over 21 countries.

In4Velocity lists Kuwait among its markets but gives no Kuwait address; the Kuwait page's contact is a UAE phone number, and its Middle East office is in Dubai. It fits firms that develop and sell or lease property as well as build; ask how Kuwait payroll rules are handled before buying.
