Matiyas Solutions implements ERPNext, the open-source ERP; Frappe lists it as a Bronze Partner in India, and Matiyas lists offices in India, Nigeria and a Kuwait office in Munira Tower, Fahaheel. Its Kuwait page says its set-up handles Kuwait Labour Law payroll, PIFSS contributions for Kuwaiti nationals, WPS files, KWD and an Arabic right-to-left interface. Its construction ERP covers BOQ import, project budgets, subcontract billing with retention, and labour payroll.

Matiyas lists an office in Munira Tower, Mecca Street, Fahaheel, and says its ERPNext set-up covers Kuwait Labour Law payroll, PIFSS contributions and WPS files. Its Kuwait contact details are an Indian phone number and email, so ask who will support you locally.

Oracle Aconex

Oracle's cloud document control and project collaboration platform

Oracle Aconex is a cloud platform where the owner, consultants and contractors on a project share documents, formal correspondence (Mail) and review workflows in one record; Oracle announced its purchase of Aconex in December 2017. Oracle's Aconex status page lists a Middle East (MEA) instance and a separate Saudi Arabia (KSA1) instance. Construction Business News Middle East reported in January 2017 that Aconex was deployed for a Kuwait causeway project.

Cons

Kuwait note

Aconex suits clients, consultants and main contractors who need one shared record of documents and correspondence across many companies on a large project. Kuwait has no VAT in force (vatcalc.com reported in July 2026 that it is expected in 2028 or later), and Aconex does not handle invoicing, so accounts stay in a separate system.
