It sends AI-personalised alerts on tenders from the public procurement portal, extracts the price schedules (bordereaux de prix), lots and quantities from tender documents, and shows competitors' submission history, success rates and average amounts. Bricole says it has 26K+ registered professionals, 160+ services and 100K+ downloads. Clients contact professionals directly and agree the price with them; Bricole takes no commission and handles no payment.
