The company says it has more than 30 years of experience, 15 experts and 5,000 customer accounts.

Ciel Informatique says its télédéclaration offer generates EDI (XML) files for the DGI's SIMPL-TVA, SIMPL-IS and SIMPL-IR services, covering TVA returns, the liasse fiscale and the état 9421. It is not on EBP Maroc's published reseller list, so EBP buyers can also compare EBP Maroc's listed partners.

Hisab is an online invoicing platform for Moroccan SMEs and accounting firms, launched in early 2026 and operated under its terms by Boltpath LLC, a New Mexico (US) company. It creates invoices in French and Arabic, exports UBL 2.1 and CII files, and offers e-signature and 10-year archiving. Hisab says more than 250 companies have signed up; it is not a construction tool.

Morocco note

Hisab says it is ready for the DGI's 2026 e-invoicing mandate and will submit invoices to the DGI for validation; it does not claim DGI accreditation. Le360, citing Challenge (June 2026), reports the rollout starts in 2026 with about 1,655 companies with turnover above 200 million dirhams, reaching SMEs in 2027-2028 and small firms after 2028.
