EBP Maroc, the Rabat subsidiary of French publisher EBP (part of the Cegid group since July 2024), sells three Bâtiment editions for Morocco: ACTIV, PRO and ELITE. All three cover quotes, orders, invoices, situations de travaux, progress invoices and retenue de garantie; PRO adds worksite tracking and staff and equipment planning, and ELITE adds a Gantt chart and tender imports. The software runs on Windows and is sold by EBP Maroc and its reseller partners.

Morocco note
EBP says ACTIV was created and adapted for Moroccan companies. Accounting is a separate product (EBP Comptabilité, Édition Maroc, with TVA declaration) and ebp.ma lists no payroll product, so plan a separate payroll tool. EBP Maroc sells from Rabat and through partners in Casablanca, Rabat-Kénitra-Salé and Agadir.

Odoo is an ERP suite from Odoo SA with apps for CRM, sales, invoicing, purchasing, projects, timesheets, accounting and payroll, in an open-source Community edition and a licensed Enterprise edition. Its General Contractor industry package adds signed online quotes, progress invoicing, cost tracking against estimates and change orders. Odoo ships a Morocco accounting localization and lists 19 implementation partners in Morocco.

Morocco note
Odoo's Morocco accounting module (Moroccan chart of accounts and tax report) is open source and installs with Accounting, and Morocco is on Odoo's list of payroll localizations (Enterprise).
