AutoCount HRMS, sold by some dealers as AutoCount Cloud Payroll, is the cloud payroll and HR product of Auto Count Sdn Bhd of Petaling Jaya, which has developed accounting software since 1996. Its group holding company, Autocount Dotcom Berhad, listed on Bursa Malaysia in May 2023 and, news reports say, moved to the Main Market on 25 February 2026. AutoCount says it has about 300 authorised dealers and that more than 190,000 employees have used AutoCount HRMS since its May 2019 launch.

Malaysia note
AutoCount says the system complies with LHDN, KWSP (EPF), SOCSO and EIS requirements and covers income tax (PCB), Zakat, Tabung Haji and ASN deductions and EA forms. Auto Count Sdn Bhd is on LHDN's list of payroll software providers whose computerised PCB (MTD) calculation meets LHDN's specification (effective 24 June 2014), so employers using it need no separate LHDN verification. Its plan table lists payroll posting to cloud accounting, which suits a contractor already keeping its books in AutoCount Cloud Accounting.
Talenox

Talenox is a cloud HR and payroll service run by Singapore-based Talenox Pte Ltd, with Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong editions. It sells self-serve plans online with published per-employee prices and a 30-day trial. Talenox says it is 'trusted by thousands of happy users'.

Malaysia note
Talenox says it calculates EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB automatically, produces Borang EA and Borang E, supports HRDF and exports bank files for salary payment. Talenox Sdn Bhd is on LHDN's list of payroll software providers whose computerised PCB (MTD) calculation meets LHDN's specification (effective 20 December 2019). It suits a contractor with staff in Malaysia and also in Singapore or Hong Kong.
