Kakitangan.com is a Malaysian cloud HR and payroll service run by Coastal Hectare Sdn Bhd of Kuala Lumpur, which says it is trusted by thousands of Malaysian businesses. News reports record a pitchIN equity crowdfunding round in 2016 and Series A funding from OSK Ventures International in January 2022. It sells payroll, leave, claims and attendance modules priced by employee count.

Malaysia note

Kakitangan.com says it automates EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB deductions and generates the EA Form and Form E automatically. Coastal Hectare Sdn Bhd (Kakitangan.com) is on LHDN's list of payroll software providers whose computerised PCB (MTD) calculation meets LHDN's specification (effective 3 November 2017).

Malaysian payroll software on LHDN's MTD-compliant list, with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF

SQL Payroll is made by E Stream, the Shah Alam developer of SQL Account, and is sold as a cloud subscription or a permanent desktop licence. It calculates EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB, produces the statutory forms and creates bank giro files for more than 25 Malaysian banks. LHDN's list of payroll software that meets its MTD calculation specifications (as at 29 September 2026) includes SQL Payroll, effective 19 July 2012.
