Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud)

Tier A ยท Listed

Autodesk's construction platform, now sold as Autodesk Forma

Autodesk moved Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) into its Autodesk Forma brand on 24 March 2026 and renamed the products, for example Forma Build, Forma Data Management, Forma Takeoff and Forma Estimate. Autodesk sells them in three quote-based bundles, Model Management, Preconstruction and Construction Operations, which also include Navisworks Manage, BuildingConnected Pro, ProEst and Pype tools.

Pros

  • + Model coordination, design collaboration and document management in one account
  • + Bundles run from takeoff, estimating and bidding to field operations and closeout
  • + User-, project- and account-based pricing options (per Autodesk)
  • + 30-day money-back guarantee stated on the pricing page

Cons

  • โˆ’ No public prices for the construction bundles: quote-based
  • โˆ’ No Oman partner confirmed in this check
  • โˆ’ Product names changed in March 2026, so older guides use ACC names
  • โˆ’ Not an accounting or VAT tool

Oman note

Most useful where a project team works from BIM models and shares drawings across companies. Ask Autodesk who resells and supports Forma in Oman before you buy, and keep Oman VAT invoicing in your accounting system.

Typical Oman pricing: Quote-based: Autodesk's construction pricing page lists three bundles (Model Management, Preconstruction, Construction Operations) with 'Get a quote' and no prices; Autodesk says it offers user-, project- and account-based pricing and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

ePROMIS

Tier A ยท Listed

Construction and project ERP with an Oman-facing site

ePROMIS Solutions sells ERP software, including ePROMIS Construction Cloud with project management, design coordination, accounting, procurement, asset management and HR modules. It runs an Oman page aimed at contractors, but lists no Oman office address and no named Oman customer on the pages read. ePROMIS says it was established in 1981 and has over 3,000 customers worldwide.

Pros

  • + Construction Cloud built around project costs, budgets and timelines
  • + Accounting, procurement, assets and HR in the same suite
  • + Oman-facing site aimed at contractors
  • + Vendor with a long history (established 1981, per ePROMIS)

Cons

  • โˆ’ No public prices: demo and quote only
  • โˆ’ No Oman office address or named Oman customer found
  • โˆ’ No Oman VAT or Fawtara claims on its pages
  • โˆ’ Broad ERP: expect an implementation project

Oman note

ePROMIS has an Oman page aimed at contractors, but its site lists no Oman office or Oman VAT and e-invoicing details. Ask for Oman customer references, local support arrangements and its Fawtara plan before shortlisting it.

Typical Oman pricing: Quote-based; ePROMIS publishes no prices and offers a demo request instead.
