Autodesk's construction platform, now sold as Autodesk Forma

Autodesk moved Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) into its Autodesk Forma brand on 24 March 2026 and renamed the products, for example Forma Build, Forma Data Management, Forma Takeoff and Forma Estimate. Autodesk sells them in three quote-based bundles, Model Management, Preconstruction and Construction Operations, which also include Navisworks Manage, BuildingConnected Pro, ProEst and Pype tools.

Oman note

Most useful where a project team works from BIM models and shares drawings across companies. Ask Autodesk who resells and supports Forma in Oman before you buy, and keep Oman VAT invoicing in your accounting system.

TallyPrime

Accounting and inventory software, sold in Oman through a Muscat dealer

TallyPrime from Tally Solutions is accounting, inventory and invoicing software, sold as Silver for a single user and Gold for multiple users on monthly, yearly or lifetime licences; Tally says 2.7M+ businesses use it. Its Middle East site covers UAE and Saudi VAT only, but Times of Oman reported a VAT-ready release for Oman in March 2021. The Muscat dealer behind tally-oman.com, Rawat Al Makan, says it configures Oman VAT invoicing and returns.

Cons

− No Oman page or OMR prices on Tally's own site

− Rental plans renew automatically until cancelled

Oman note

If your books already live in Tally, the Muscat dealer says it configures Oman VAT invoicing and VAT return reports. Tally's own Middle East site does not mention Oman or Fawtara, so ask the dealer how Tally will connect to Oman's e-invoicing system before your phase starts.

Typical Oman pricing: Quote-based in Oman: the Muscat dealer asks buyers to contact it for OMR prices. Tally sells TallyPrime Silver (single user) and Gold (multi-user) on 1-month, 3-month, 12-month and lifetime plans; its Middle East buy page says plans start at AED 78 but lists plan prices only in Indian rupees, with no OMR amounts.
