Autodesk's construction platform, now sold as Autodesk Forma

Autodesk moved Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) into its Autodesk Forma brand on 24 March 2026 and renamed the products, for example Forma Build, Forma Data Management, Forma Takeoff and Forma Estimate. Autodesk sells them in three quote-based bundles, Model Management, Preconstruction and Construction Operations, which also include Navisworks Manage, BuildingConnected Pro, ProEst and Pype tools.

Oman note

Most useful where a project team works from BIM models and shares drawings across companies. Ask Autodesk who resells and supports Forma in Oman before you buy, and keep Oman VAT invoicing in your accounting system.

Typical Oman pricing: Quote-based: Autodesk's construction pricing page lists three bundles (Model Management, Preconstruction, Construction Operations) with 'Get a quote' and no prices; Autodesk says it offers user-, project- and account-based pricing and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Zoho (Books)

Cloud accounting with an Oman VAT edition and published USD prices

Zoho Books is cloud accounting from Zoho with an Oman edition that creates VAT invoices, applies VAT rates to sales and purchases and produces VAT reports for filing, in English or Arabic. Zoho publishes its Oman prices in US dollars, from a free plan for businesses under 50K USD revenue a year up to an Ultimate plan. It handles invoicing, bookkeeping and project time billing, not construction management.

− No construction BOQ or job-costing module listed
− Oman site makes no Fawtara e-invoicing claim yet

Oman note

Zoho's Oman edition handles VAT invoices and VAT reports, and its prices are shown in US dollars, not Omani rials. Oman Observer and Gulf News reported in August 2026 that e-invoicing (Fawtara) becomes mandatory in phases from April 2027; check your own start date with the Oman Tax Authority. Zoho's Oman site does not yet describe Fawtara support, so ask Zoho how it will connect before your phase starts.
