Autodesk Construction Cloud became part of Autodesk Forma on 24 March 2026, and its products were renamed (for example Forma Build and Forma Data Management). Autodesk sells it in three bundles: Model Management (model coordination and design collaboration), Preconstruction (takeoff, estimating and bidding) and Construction Operations (field and document management).

Saudi Arabia note

Most useful for firms that already work in Autodesk design tools or join projects where the client runs its model and documents in Autodesk. It does not issue tax invoices, so ZATCA e-invoicing stays in your accounting or ERP system.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Quote-based: Autodesk's construction pricing page lists three bundles (Model Management, Preconstruction, Construction Operations) with 'Get a quote' and no prices; Autodesk says it offers user-, project- and account-based pricing and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Procore

Construction project management, quality, safety and financials

Procore Technologies (NYSE: PCOR) opened its first Middle East and North Africa office in Dubai Internet City in September 2022 and has no Saudi-specific website. Its platform covers project management, quality and safety, financial management and Procore AI, and every contract includes unlimited users and data storage, per Procore. In July 2026 King Salman International Airport said it had begun a unified digital construction management rollout with Tasama and Procore.

Saudi Arabia note

Procore runs budgets, change orders and project records, not VAT accounting, so Saudi firms still need a ZATCA-compliant accounting or ERP system for e-invoicing. Procore's regional office and phone line are in Dubai.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Quote-based; no public prices. Procore's UAE pricing page says it charges an annual fee per product based on your annual construction turnover, with unlimited users, data storage, support, implementation and training included.
