Its modules cover project cost control, project management, procurement, accounting, taxes, HR and payroll, warehouse and equipment. First Bit says more than 2,000 Middle East companies have chosen it and that it sends ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices to the Fatoora portal.

Saudi Arabia note

First Bit says its Saudi version generates VAT and withholding-tax returns in ZATCA format and sends Phase 2 e-invoices to the Fatoora portal with digital signatures. Ask for a live demo of the Fatoora integration before you sign.

Arabic and English ERP from Jeddah-based Ultimate Solutions

Onyx ERP is sold by Ultimate Solutions, which says it was founded in Jeddah in 2007 and lists offices in Riyadh, Dammam and other Saudi cities. The system covers accounting, inventory, procurement, sales and POS, fixed assets, HR and payroll, with project management and real estate modules. Ultimate Solutions says it issues ZATCA second-phase e-invoices linked to the Fatoora platform.
