Its group completed the acquisition of Bahrain National Insurance (bni) and Bahrain National Life (bnl) in April 2025, and Solidarity Bahrain acquired bni from its parent in October 2025 after Central Bank of Bahrain approval. Gulf Daily News reported a merger of bni and bnl in February 2026.
