Menaitech has an Egypt website and an office in New Cairo (Azad Compound, 5th Settlement). Its Arabic Egypt pages list social insurance transactions and payroll in line with local law, but give no detail on Egyptian income tax or the Martyrs Fund, so check that configuration in a demo. Small firms can try the free plan for up to 30 employees.
Deel Local Payroll (formerly PaySpace)

PaySpace, founded in South Africa in 2001, was bought by Deel in 2024 and is now sold as Deel Local Payroll, powered by PaySpace. It suits employers who want in-country payroll in Egypt alongside other countries, either as software or as a managed service.

Egypt note
Egypt is one of the countries on Deel Local Payroll's coverage list, with Employees' Tax, social security, Comprehensive Health Insurance and the Martyr Fund. The same engine runs payroll in the other covered countries, but the site lists no Egypt office or Arabic interface.
