EBP Paie is the payroll offer of EBP, a French management-software publisher based in Gazeran (Yvelines) that joined the Cegid group in July 2024. It comes as self-managed software (payslips, DSN filing, collective-agreement updates) or as an outsourced service with a dedicated payroll manager. EBP also sells EBP Devis Facture Bâtiment for building firms and EBP Comptabilité for accounting.

France note
Worth a look if you already use EBP Devis Facture Bâtiment or EBP Comptabilité and want one publisher. EBP's payroll page does not describe BTP-specific handling such as CIBTP leave funds or intempéries, so ask for it in writing with the quote.
PayFit

PayFit is a Paris-based payroll and HR service for small and mid-sized firms, covering payslips, DSN social declarations, leave, time tracking and expense reports. It says 22,000 companies use it and that 200 payroll and HR experts work alongside its software and AI tools. Its own FAQ states that some very specific collective agreements, including BTP, are not yet integrated.

France note
PayFit's own site says BTP collective agreements are not yet integrated, and its list of supported agreements has no building or public-works one. A building firm under the BTP conventions (ouvriers, ETAM, cadres, CIBTP leave funds) should get written confirmation from PayFit before switching.
