Allianz Maroc was absorbed by Sanlam Maroc in July 2026 and now operates under the Sanlam brand; Sanlam says existing Allianz policies stay valid until expiry on the same terms and with the same intermediary. Sanlam Maroc sells Tous Risques Chantier cover for the duration of construction works and RC décennale covering damage to a building's solidity for 10 years after delivery, for architects, contractors, artisans and developers. No prices are published.

Morocco note

Sanlam's RC décennale page says the cover is obligatoire for architects, maîtres d'œuvre, contractors, artisans and developers and runs for 10 years after delivery. A contractor insured with Allianz Maroc keeps the same policy and intermediary until renewal, per Sanlam's notice.

AtlantaSanad Assurance

AtlantaSanad Assurance is a licensed Moroccan insurer formed by the 2020 merger of Atlanta and Sanad. Its professional and business range includes a Tous Risques Chantiers policy and an RC décennale product, alongside machinery-breakdown, workplace-accident and fleet cover. No prices are published.

Morocco note

AtlantaSanad lists a separate RC décennale product (its page address names it 'Albinna') next to its Tous Risques Chantiers policy. Moroccan press reported in January 2025 that both covers had become mandatory, so ask for both and check the technical-control conditions.
