Medad ERP

Tier A ยท Listed

Saudi accounting and ERP software: finance, sales, inventory and payroll

Medad, sold by Medad LLC under Saudi law, is accounting and ERP software for small and medium Saudi businesses, covering the general ledger, sales and invoicing, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets and HR and payroll. It comes as Medad Online (cloud, priced by number of users) or Medad Desktop. Medad says it is approved for ZATCA's second e-invoicing integration phase and has more than 20,000 users.

Pros

  • + ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing approval (per Medad)
  • + Arabic interface with English, and Hijri and Gregorian calendars
  • + Finance, inventory and payroll in one system
  • + Cloud or desktop versions

Cons

  • โˆ’ No public prices: contact sales or request a demo account
  • โˆ’ Contracting page describes cost centres, not BOQ or progress billing
  • โˆ’ Subscriptions auto-renew; refunds only within 10 days if unused
  • โˆ’ No company address shown on the website

Saudi Arabia note

A Saudi option for smaller contracting firms whose first need is ZATCA-compliant accounting and payroll rather than detailed project controls. Medad says it meets ZATCA's first and second e-invoicing phases; confirm Fatoora integration in the demo account.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Quote-based; no public prices. Medad Online is priced by number of users, and fees are charged in Saudi riyals on an auto-renewing subscription (per Medad's terms).

Oracle Primavera P6

Tier A ยท Listed

Oracle's project scheduling and portfolio management software

Oracle Primavera P6 comes as P6 EPPM (enterprise, cloud or on-premises) and P6 Professional, which Oracle describes as built for large-scale, multifaceted projects. Oracle sells cost and business-process control separately in Primavera Unifier. In January 2026 Oracle announced that Red Sea Global had selected Primavera P6 together with Aconex.

Pros

  • + Planning and scheduling across projects, programs and portfolios
  • + Cloud or on-premises deployment (P6 EPPM)
  • + Links to Oracle's Unifier, Analytics and Aconex products
  • + Selected by Red Sea Global in January 2026 (per Oracle)

Cons

  • โˆ’ No public prices found: quote from Oracle or a partner
  • โˆ’ Needs a trained planner to run well
  • โˆ’ More than a small contractor usually needs
  • โˆ’ Not an accounting or ZATCA e-invoicing tool

Saudi Arabia note

P6 suits planners at main contractors, consultants and project owners who run detailed programmes; Red Sea Global is one Saudi owner that selected it. If a tender or contract names a scheduling format, check the exact requirement in that document before you buy.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Quote-based through Oracle or a partner; no price could be confirmed on Oracle's pages this run.
