Medad, sold by Medad LLC under Saudi law, is accounting and ERP software for small and medium Saudi businesses, covering the general ledger, sales and invoicing, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets and HR and payroll. It comes as Medad Online (cloud, priced by number of users) or Medad Desktop. Medad says it is approved for ZATCA's second e-invoicing integration phase and has more than 20,000 users.

Saudi Arabia note

A Saudi option for smaller contracting firms whose first need is ZATCA-compliant accounting and payroll rather than detailed project controls. Medad says it meets ZATCA's first and second e-invoicing phases; confirm Fatoora integration in the demo account.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Quote-based; no public prices. Medad Online is priced by number of users, and fees are charged in Saudi riyals on an auto-renewing subscription (per Medad's terms).

Site inspections, snagging and defect management

PlanRadar, founded in Vienna in 2013 and privately held, runs a Saudi website in English and Arabic and lists a KSA office in Riyadh. Its app covers defect and snag tracking, inspections and reports on digital plans, with unlimited free access for subcontractors. PlanRadar says it has more than 200,000 users in over 75 countries.

PlanRadar lists a KSA office in Al Malqa, Riyadh, and its Saudi site is available in Arabic and English. Prices are shown in foreign currencies, so check the SAR amount and VAT on your quote or invoice.
