PACT ERP

Tier A ยท Listed

Contracting ERP: project planning, cost control, procurement and payroll

PACT Software, founded in 1998 and headquartered in India, sells a contracting ERP in Saudi Arabia from an office in Riyadh; it also has offices in the UAE, Qatar, Kenya and the USA. Its construction module covers project scheduling, budget and cost tracking, procurement, inventory, payroll and timesheets, with Arabic support. PACT says it has more than 12,000 customers worldwide.

Pros

  • + Construction module with project costing, budget alerts and procurement
  • + Payroll, attendance and timesheets in the same system
  • + Arabic and English, with a Riyadh office
  • + Cloud or on-premises deployment

Cons

  • โˆ’ No public prices: quote only
  • โˆ’ Site claims ZATCA e-invoicing support but no ZATCA approval
  • โˆ’ ERP setup and implementation effort
  • โˆ’ Construction detail such as BOQ or retention billing not described on the site

Saudi Arabia note

PACT's site says its ERP complies with Saudi VAT and e-invoicing rules, and its construction page mentions automated tax calculations. Ask to see a Phase 2 invoice cleared through Fatoora in the demo before you commit.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Quote-based; no public prices.

Saudi cloud accounting with ZATCA e-invoicing, inventory and POS

Qoyod is a Saudi cloud accounting platform founded in Riyadh in 2016 and operated by Automated Cloud for Communications and Information Technology Company, a Saudi limited liability company. It covers accounting, ZATCA e-invoicing, inventory, POS, HR and CRM, and also serves Jordan from an office in King Hussein Business Park. Qoyod says more than 35,000 Saudi businesses use it.

Pros

  • + Saudi company with a Riyadh office and Saudi terms of service
  • + Qoyod says it is ZATCA-certified and submits invoices to Fatoora in real time
  • + Projects and tasks on the Pro and Advanced plans
  • + 14-day free trial, no card required

Cons

  • โˆ’ Phase 2 e-invoicing integration starts on the Professional plan, not Basic
  • โˆ’ Basic plan covers only Phase 1 e-invoicing and excludes projects and purchases
  • โˆ’ Plans cap users and locations (1, 3 or 5); extra users are charged separately
  • โˆ’ Accounting software, not construction project management

Saudi Arabia note

Qoyod says it is certified by ZATCA and issues Phase 1 and Phase 2 e-invoices, sending each invoice to the Fatoora platform in real time with a QR code, digital signature and cryptographic stamp. Its 2025 plan guide puts Phase 2 integration and project tracking on the Pro and Advanced plans only, so a business that ZATCA has called into a Phase 2 wave needs Pro or Advanced.

Typical Saudi Arabia pricing: Published on Qoyod's plan page (yearly billing, Saudi riyals): Basic 1,200 a year (1 user, 1 branch, Phase 1 e-invoicing), Professional 1,800 a year (3 users, 3 branches, Phase 2 integration), Advanced 2,211 a year on a 33% three-year discount from 3,300 (5 users, 5 branches); Business is custom-priced. Add-ons: payroll 120 per employee a year, POS 600 per user a year, extra users 240 a year, extra branches 480 a year. Monthly billing is also offered; 14-day free trial.
