About Arcoro
Arcoro is a time tracking, HR and payroll platform built for construction companies. It says it has served the construction industry since 2018 and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The company brought together ExakTime, a construction time-clock product now sold as Arcoro Time, and HR software including the former InfinityHR system, and it is backed by private equity firm PSG (Providence Strategic Growth). Arcoro says more than 7,000 companies use it.
The platform is modular. Hiring covers applicant tracking and digital onboarding, including a job-site kiosk mode. Day-to-day tools include GPS-verified time tracking, an HR system of record, benefits and payroll. Development tools cover learning management for safety training, certifications and OSHA compliance, plus performance and succession planning. Arcoro also lists I-9 verification, multi-state compliance and certification tracking, and in July 2026 it launched a single mobile app where workers clock in and see pay stubs, benefits and HR information.
Payroll is now part of Arcoro itself. It says it handles monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings, sets prevailing-wage rates, exports certified payroll data for WH-347 and LCPtracker reporting, handles union deductions and maps payroll to your general ledger and job costs. Its integration page names Acumatica, CMiC, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, Foundation Software, Procore, Viewpoint Vista and Viewpoint Spectrum.
The trade-off: Arcoro publishes no prices, so you get a custom proposal after a demo, and the full suite is more than a small shop that only needs to pay a crew will use. It fits contractors that want hiring, safety training, time tracking and payroll in one construction-focused system and use one of the accounting or ERP systems it connects to.

You choose the Arcoro modules you need (applicant tracking, onboarding, time tracking, HR, benefits, payroll, learning, performance) and Arcoro builds a custom proposal. Crews clock in with GPS verification on the mobile app, and that time feeds payroll, which applies prevailing-wage and union rules, files payroll taxes and exports certified payroll data for WH-347 and LCPtracker. Payroll and job cost data map to your accounting or ERP system, such as Sage, Acumatica, CMiC, Foundation or Viewpoint. Arcoro says most customers are running in 4-6 weeks.
