Socius Marketing is a digital marketing agency for home services and home improvement companies, and it also serves healthcare, legal and franchise clients. Socius says it was founded in 2006 in Tampa, Florida, and that its name comes from the Latin for partner. Its site lists websites, SEO, paid search, content writing, digital strategy, social media and review management, with trade pages for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, windows and doors, decks, fences, remodeling, garage doors, pest control, lawn care and landscaping.
Ownership has changed twice. EverCommerce owned Socius (its SEC filings list Socius Marketing as a subsidiary from 2021 through early 2025), and EverCommerce's annual report says it completed the sale of its marketing technology solutions business to Ignite Visibility on October 31, 2025. Socius now brands itself 'Socius Marketing by Ignite Visibility', and its privacy policy lists Socius Marketing LLC among Ignite Visibility's affiliates. Ignite Visibility is a San Diego agency founded in 2013 and backed by Mountaingate Capital since 2023. The only address Socius now publishes is in Orlando, Florida.
Socius lists partners that include building-product makers and contractor groups such as Owens Corning, James Hardie, Pella, Tamko, Service Nation and CertainPath, which fits contractors who sell those brands.
