Dialzara Review
AI receptionist with monthly minute plans from $29/mo and pages for plumbing, HVAC and roofing calls
Quick verdict
Who Dialzara fits: Small US service businesses that want an AI receptionist at a published monthly price, with a free trial and setup help, that can live with per-minute charges above the plan's minutes, and that book jobs through Google Calendar rather than field-service software. Pricing: Business Lite $29/mo (60 minutes, then $0.48/min); Business Pro $99/mo (220 minutes, then $0.45/min); Business Plus $199/mo (500 minutes, then $0.40/min); Business Elite $349/mo (1,000 minutes, then $0.35/min). Published prices are monthly with no setup fees, each plan has a 7-day free trial, and Dialzara's FAQ says annual pricing is available through sales. Its homepage says a dedicated local or toll-free number is included in your plan, while its FAQ prices a new US local number at $3/mo and a toll-free number at $5/mo. Outbound calling is a separate plan from $750/mo for 1,500 contacts. Drawbacks: Per-minute overage ($0.35-$0.48 by plan); no field-service software integration named on its website; a general small-business tool; its own pages disagree on whether the trial needs a card, which languages beyond English and Spanish it covers, Canadian porting, Outlook booking and whether a phone number is included; one comparison page puts warm transfers on the $99/mo plan; sells only US numbers.
About Dialzara
Dialzara is an AI receptionist for small businesses. It answers calls around the clock, takes messages, qualifies leads, transfers callers under rules you set and books appointments into your calendar. Dialzara says it works with businesses in 88 or more industries, so it is a general small-business tool, but it has pages written for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, contractor, cleaning, handyman and pest control companies that describe emergency intake, on-call escalation and estimate booking.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of minutes. Business Lite is $29/mo for 60 minutes, Business Pro $99/mo for 220, Business Plus $199/mo for 500 and Business Elite $349/mo for 1,000, and extra minutes cost $0.48, $0.45, $0.40 or $0.35 depending on the plan. The pricing page lists booking, lead qualification, call routing, calendar and CRM connections and English and Spanish on every plan; Pro adds priority support, and Elite adds dedicated onboarding and a priority service-level agreement. Published prices are monthly with no setup fees or long-term contract, and Dialzara's FAQ says annual pricing is available through sales. Each plan has a 7-day free trial, there are no per-seat fees, and every paid plan includes a one-to-one onboarding call in which a member of Dialzara's team sets up the receptionist.
You can forward your existing line to Dialzara or port the number; Dialzara does not charge for porting, which its porting page limits to continental US numbers. Its homepage says a dedicated local or toll-free number is included in your plan, while its FAQ prices a new US local number at $3/mo and a toll-free number at $5/mo. You train the receptionist from your website address and a knowledge base of your services, hours and prices. Each call is recorded and transcribed, summaries go out by email or text, and you can set Slack alerts for promising leads or escalations. Booking works with Google Calendar, and other tools connect through the automation services Zapier and Make, or through webhooks and an API that its HVAC page says depends on the plan.
Dialzara also sells add-ons. Its AI text-message agent is $19/mo plus $0.05 per AI message on its own; the pricing page lists it as free with any inbound voice plan without saying whether the per-message charge still applies, and its FAQ says texting needs a carrier registration review of a few business days. Its website chat widget is $39/mo on its own, or free for 100 sessions a month with a voice plan and $0.15 per extra session. Outbound calling is a separate plan from $750/mo for 1,500 contacts. Dialzara's founder bio says it launched in 2023; its terms and privacy pages give a contact address in Eagle, Idaho and do not name the company behind the service.
The trade-off: Dialzara's website names no integration with field-service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber, and its help center would not load when we checked. The entry plan includes 60 minutes a month. The pricing page does not say how calls are rounded or whether unused minutes carry over, and Dialzara's own pages disagree on several details, including whether the trial needs a card, and one comparison page puts warm transfers on the $99/mo plan.
How it works
You sign up on Dialzara's website and start a 7-day free trial on a voice plan. You give it your website address so it can learn your services, hours and prices, add your FAQs and the rules for transferring calls, and connect your calendar. Every paid plan includes a one-to-one onboarding call in which a member of Dialzara's team sets up the receptionist. You then forward your business line to Dialzara or get a number in the dashboard. The receptionist answers each call, books appointments against your calendar's open times, takes messages and transfers callers when your rules say so, and you get a summary by email or text with the recording and transcript. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of minutes, with a per-minute charge above it.
Pros & cons
What works

Published prices from $29/mo
Business Lite is $29/mo for 60 minutes and lists appointment booking, lead qualification and calendar connections; the four plans run up to $349/mo for 1,000 minutes.
-
Free trial, month to month
Each voice plan has a 7-day free trial, published prices are monthly with no setup fees, and Dialzara says you can cancel at any time.
-
Setup help included
Every paid plan includes a one-to-one onboarding call in which a member of Dialzara's team sets up the receptionist for your business.
-
Trade call handling described
Dialzara's pages for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, contractor, cleaning, handyman and pest control companies describe emergency intake, on-call escalation and estimate booking. Its FAQ says emergencies are escalated by warm transfer, which one Dialzara comparison page puts on the $99/mo Business Pro plan.
-
Spam not counted, Dialzara says
Dialzara says spam and wrong-number calls do not count against your plan minutes, and that known robocalls are rejected before they reach the receptionist.
-
Every call recorded
Calls are recorded and transcribed, summaries arrive by email or text, and you choose how long recordings are kept.
What doesn't
-
Per-minute overage
Minutes above your plan cost $0.35 to $0.48 each depending on the plan, and the pricing page does not say how calls are rounded or whether unused minutes carry over.
-
No field-service software integration listed
Dialzara's website names no integration with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or similar software, and its help center would not load when we checked. It connects through the automation services Zapier and Make, or through webhooks and an API that its HVAC page says depends on the plan, and says it works with popular CRMs without naming them.
-
Small entry plan
Business Lite includes 60 minutes a month and Business Pro is $99/mo for 220. Dialzara's FAQ says accounts with several agents, for more than one location or department, are on higher plans, without saying which.
-
Its own pages disagree
Dialzara's pages give different answers on whether the free trial needs a card, which languages beyond English and Spanish it answers in, whether Canadian numbers can be ported, which plan includes Outlook booking and whether a phone number is included in your plan or costs $3/mo. One comparison page also puts warm transfers on the $99/mo plan, which its pricing and features pages do not mention.
-
No refunds in its terms
Dialzara's terms say plans renew automatically each month and that it does not refund purchases of digital products from its website; they do not say whether that covers the receptionist plans, and none of the pages we could read says how many minutes the trial includes.
-
Sells only US numbers
Dialzara sells only US local and toll-free numbers. Its porting page says it can port only continental US numbers, its features page says US and Canadian numbers, and none of the pages we could read lists the countries it serves.

Frequently asked
How much does Dialzara cost?
Business Lite is $29/mo for 60 minutes, Business Pro $99/mo for 220, Business Plus $199/mo for 500 and Business Elite $349/mo for 1,000. Extra minutes cost $0.48, $0.45, $0.40 or $0.35 each depending on the plan. Published prices are monthly with no setup fees, and Dialzara's FAQ says annual pricing is available through sales. Its homepage says a dedicated number is included in your plan, while its FAQ prices a new US local number at $3/mo and a toll-free number at $5/mo.
Does Dialzara work for plumbers and HVAC companies?
Dialzara has pages for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, contractor, cleaning, handyman and pest control companies, covering emergency intake, on-call escalation and estimate booking. Its HVAC page says the receptionist should not diagnose equipment, work out prices you have not approved or authorize repairs. Its FAQ says emergencies are escalated by warm transfer, which one Dialzara comparison page puts on the $99/mo Business Pro plan. Its website names no integration with field-service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber.
Can Dialzara book appointments?
Yes. Dialzara says it books against your calendar's live availability and prevents double booking, and its pricing page lists booking on every plan. Its features page and FAQ name Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, while its appointment-scheduling page puts Outlook on the Business Plus plan. Other tools connect through the automation services Zapier and Make, or through webhooks.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Each inbound voice plan has a 7-day free trial. Dialzara's own pages differ on whether you need a card to start it, and none of the pages we could read says how many minutes it includes. Its terms say plans renew automatically each month and that it does not refund purchases of digital products from its website.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. You can forward your existing line to Dialzara, or port the number. Dialzara does not charge for porting, but its porting page says it can only port numbers from the continental US, that porting usually takes 2 to 4 weeks and that any termination fee from your current carrier is yours.
Does the receptionist tell callers it is an AI?
The Dialzara pages we could read do not say what it does by default. Its homepage says customers often cannot tell they are speaking with an AI, and a Dialzara blog post says the greeting can be customized to disclose it. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the pages we read do not say whether callers are told that.
Where does Dialzara store call data?
Dialzara's FAQ says recordings, transcripts and lead data are stored encrypted in US data centers, and that it does not sell or share call or message data for advertising or model training. You can export or delete the data at any time. Dialzara makes no blanket certification claims and asks businesses with compliance requirements, such as healthcare, to contact its sales team.
