Rooftops AI is run by Mutter Voice, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Rooftops AI, according to its terms of service. It started as a satellite roof-measurement tool and now sells what it calls the AI that runs your roofing company: instant roof reports, a CRM and inbox with text and email follow-up, a website built from your Google listing, an AI Front Desk phone line that answers calls 24/7, and door-knock tracking on a map. Rooftops AI says it has generated 15,000+ reports and serves hundreds of roofers.
Reports are built from high-resolution satellite imagery combined with Google's 3D elevation data. Each one gives area, pitch, facet count and squares including waste, a cost estimate and a one-click proposal, plus NWS-verified hail and wind history for the address. Every report carries a confidence score, and complex or tree-covered roofs are flagged for on-site verification. The company says it covers addresses in all 50 states where high-resolution imagery exists.
