MrTask, formerly Field Complete, is field service management software for small and mid-size service businesses, based in Sandy Springs, Georgia. It covers scheduling, dispatching, estimates and invoicing, and its Job Sharing feature lets you assign jobs to subcontractors who run their own company and MrTask account; MrTask describes it as joining its network to receive more jobs.
Pricing is per company with included users. Billed annually, Solo is $33.25 a month ($399 a year; 1 user plus 1 bonus user), Team $83.25 ($999; listed as +5 users) and Business $166.58 ($1,999; listed as +10 users); the pricing page does not say whether the Team and Business counts are totals. Billed monthly, the three plans are $39.99, $99.99 (shown at a limited-time 50% off, $49.99, when we checked on 2026-10-22) and $199.99. Enterprise is quoted, and additional users are $19.99 a month each. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
QuickBooks Online is on every plan; QuickBooks Desktop, an open API and Zapier come with Business, and Stripe handles payments.
The trade-off: MrTask's homepage and pricing page give no customer count and link no case studies, so ask for references from businesses like yours. Its case rests on the job-sharing network and per-company plans with included users.
