About Solea
Solea is field service software made for pest control companies, with an AI voice agent built in. Its homepage says it is 'made for pest control, not generic home services', and its about page gives a San Francisco address and names co-founders Christopher Brodowski (CEO) and Paul Muller. Solea's terms name Solea Inc.; Solea told us on October 1, 2026 that this is a trading name of Humanss AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, which the App Store lists as the seller of Solea's iPhone app. Solea says it has raised $10 million in total (vendor-reported).
The voice agent answers 24/7 in the office's name, in English, Spanish or both, books onto the live schedule, and transfers callers or emails the office a summary and transcript. Each night, auto-scheduling places due and unassigned work into routes optimized on the drive time between stops, and dispatchers can lock visits and set a freeze window. The system also covers customer records, a shared inbox for texts and email, proposals customers sign online, invoicing, billing through Stripe, overdue reminders, CSV and Excel reports, a customer portal and multiple branches in one account.
For pest work, technicians scan stations by barcode and log activity and bait use. Solea fills in product details from an EPA registration number and totals usage by product and active ingredient, grouped by state, though it says ready-to-file state pesticide-use report formats are not confirmed. It manages Sentricon sites and books fumigation on a separate capacity schedule with daily slot limits. Solea says it handles WDO reports through document templates built from your state's own form; no specific WDO form is named on the pages we read.
Solea's site names customers that moved from FieldRoutes, PestPac and ServSuite. Three of them, Horizon Pest Control and Bug Boys Services in New Jersey and Compass Pest Management in Georgia and South Carolina, link their own customer logins to Solea. Its two detailed case studies are Hawaii companies. Solea told us more than 50 pest control companies are live on it (vendor-reported; no page we read gives a count).
The trade-off: pricing is by quote only, there is no accounting integration, and the published terms auto-renew, give no refunds and let Solea end the agreement on 30 days' notice. The company is young. Solea's own buying guide suggests GorillaDesk for companies with fewer than five technicians; larger pest companies buying by quote can demo Solea alongside PestPac and FieldRoutes.

Neither the pages we read nor its reply to us says whether AI voice calls or minutes are capped or billed by use, whether there is a setup or migration fee, or how long the minimum term is. The terms allow overage charges at the price set in each order.

Asked whether it integrates with your accounting system, Solea's integrations page answers 'Not today'. Invoices, sales tax and worklogs export to CSV and reports download as CSV or Excel, so your bookkeeping runs on file exports. Public API access and webhooks are not confirmed either.
- − Auto-renewal, no refunds and a 30-day vendor exit
Each subscription period renews automatically unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before it ends, and the terms say Solea is not obligated to refund fees paid. Solea may end the agreement on 30 days' written notice; the customer has no right to end it mid-term for convenience, only for an uncured material breach or after an infringement claim if Solea's replacement is not acceptable. Solea may change prices from the next service period, and may amend the terms on notice, from the next period unless the notice says otherwise; a customer that does not agree must stop using the service. Each party's liability is capped at the fees paid in the period when the damage occurred, but the cap does not cover indemnity or the customer's payment obligations. The terms contain no uptime or support commitment.

Solea says its field app runs on iPhone and Android phones, and the iPhone app is on the App Store. The Android app, Solea from Solea Inc. (com.solea.technician, updated August 18, 2026, 10+ downloads), is on Google Play, but it did not appear in our Play searches and Solea's site had no Google Play link on October 3, 2026. Its store description calls it a companion that connects to FieldRoutes and ServiceTitan and is built for pest control, HVAC, plumbing and electrical businesses, which differs from Solea's own site. Test it on your technicians' phones before go-live.

Book a demo and ask for a written quote that states how AI voice calls or minutes are counted and whether overages apply, any setup or migration fee, the length of the subscription period, and whether a pilot is available. Ask for the order to name Humanss AI Inc., the legal entity Solea says stands behind the Solea Inc. trading name, and to include an uptime and support commitment and a written commitment to export and then delete your data if you leave, since the published terms have none of these. Put the non-renewal deadline, 30 days before each period ends, on your calendar. Before moving over, export customers, recurring service plans, service history, device and station records, chemical records and open balances from your current system, and ask Solea what its team handles during the move. Its pricing page describes a 1-week migration; its Able Pest Management case study (vendor-reported) says the data move took 3 days, with go-live on July 27, 2026 after signing in late May. Bring your WDO report, any completion certificate and your state's WDO form to the walkthrough, as Solea's WDO page suggests, and ask to see your state's pesticide-use report. Plan your accounting routine around CSV exports, check your state's call-recording and AI disclosure rules before switching on the voice agent, and test the field app on your technicians' Android phones before go-live.
