Prices shown are the annual-billed monthly equivalent at each plan's smallest team size, matching Jobber's 'Starting at' figures: Core $29, Connect $99, Grow $149, Plus $399 (Plus starts at 5 users included, the others at 1 user). Prices rise with team size: Connect, Grow and Plus are priced for teams of up to 15 users, and Core is priced for 1 user; no price is published for 16 or more people, and the page offers Contact Sales. The page description says 'Jobber plans from $29 to $529/mo (billed annually)'. No-commitment (month-to-month) billing starts at $49 / $139 / $199 / $499, and a '1 year commitment' option (12-month minimum term, billed monthly) is priced between the two: $39 / $119 / $169 / $439. Additional users $29/mo each. The annual plan is billed for the full term at the start and the initial payment is non-refundable; cancelling a 1 year commitment mid-term keeps monthly billing running to the end of the 12 months; no-commitment plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless set to non-renew. AI Receptionist is included on Plus and listed as a $29/mo add-on. Payment processing on every plan: cards 2.9% + 30 cents, Tap to Pay 2.7% + 30 cents, bank (ACH) payments 1%, and instant payouts for an additional 1%. Jobber starts at $29/mo base, plus seats (Core tier). That is a base price for the account, with seats added on top (see the pricing note): spread across a 5-person team the base alone works out to about $6 per user. Its starting price places it in our entry price band (under $100 per user per month). The tier prices in the table above run from $29 to $399/mo; the pricing note gives the billing terms and any other published prices. 14-day free trial.

  Jobber covers the core small-business workflow (quotes, scheduling, invoicing, payments) in one app, with a mobile app for field work and a client portal for customers. Ease of use is the product's main pitch, so judge it on your own jobs during the trial.

• + Broad trade coverage

  Jobber says service pros across 50+ industries use it, from lawn care and cleaning to HVAC, plumbing and electrical, so it suits multi-trade shops without forcing one trade's workflow.

• + 14-day free trial, no credit card

  The trial runs on the Grow plan with no credit card required. Use it seriously: schedule real jobs, send invoices, collect payments, and judge the actual workflow rather than the interface.

• + Consumer financing on quotes (US)

  Through Wisetack, Jobber automatically adds financing offers to eligible quotes for US businesses, so customers can apply for monthly payments from the quote itself.

• + Public pricing up to 15 users

  Connect, Grow and Plus prices are published for teams of up to 15 users, and Core is priced for 1 user with additional users at $29/mo each, so a team that size can price its plan from the feature comparison and team-size selector without a sales call. No price is published for 16 or more people; the page offers Contact Sales.

• + Integrations and API

  The pricing page lists QuickBooks Online and Xero sync (from the Connect plan), Gusto for payroll, Mailchimp and Zapier, which it says connects Jobber with 7,000+ apps, plus Jobber's Open API.

• + Online booking and automated follow-ups

  Customers can request or book work online on every plan, and automated quote and invoice follow-ups start on the Connect plan.

Cons

• − QuickBooks sync starts on Connect

  QuickBooks Online and Xero sync start on the Connect plan; Core does not list either. The pricing page names QuickBooks Online and does not mention QuickBooks Desktop, so Desktop users should ask Jobber how their books would connect before they buy.

• − An AI receptionist, not a phone system

  Jobber's AI Receptionist answers calls and texts, but Jobber does not sell a full dispatcher phone system with call routing and recording. If you run a busy call desk, plan on a separate phone provider.

• − Built for small and mid-size crews

  Plus is the top published plan. Larger multi-location operations should check reporting depth, user permissions and multi-location handling in a demo before committing.

• − No inventory management

  The pricing page lists no inventory feature on any plan. If you carry real parts inventory (HVAC equipment, plumbing fittings, appliance parts), plan on a third-party integration or a platform where inventory is built in.

• − Pricing scales directly with team size

  Jobber prices plans by team size: the published $29/$99/$149/$399 annual rates are the smallest-team figures (Plus starts at 5 users), additional users cost $29/mo each, and the page description says plans run from $29 to $529/mo billed annually; teams of 16 or more get no published price. Budget from your headcount a year out, not today's, and price your actual team size in their calculator before committing.

• − Financing is US-only and excludes some trades

  Wisetack financing through Jobber requires a US business and excludes pool and spa, residential and commercial cleaning, window washing and snow removal, so those shops need another lender.

• − Annual and 1-year terms run to the end

  The annual plan is billed for the full term up front and the initial payment is non-refundable; if you cancel, access continues to the end of the annual term. On the 1-year commitment billed monthly, cancelling mid-year keeps the subscription billed monthly until the 12 months end. Only the no-commitment option ($49 a month for Core at 1 user) can be cancelled at any time without paying out a 12-month term; it ends at the end of the current billing period. Every option renews automatically unless set to non-renew.
