About Limble CMMS
Limble is a cloud CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) for internal maintenance teams, founded in 2015 in Lehi, Utah. In June 2023 it raised a $58 million Series B led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management at a $450 million valuation, and it says thousands of customers use it across manufacturing, facilities and other asset-heavy operations.
It covers work orders, preventive maintenance, asset hierarchies, parts inventory, vendor management, purchase orders, mobile apps and reporting. Limble no longer publishes dollar prices or a free tier: its pricing page lists Standard, Premium+ and Enterprise plans priced through a calculator or sales. Integrations include SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks Online, Slack, calendars and Zapier, plus a REST API.
The trade-off: Limble is for internal maintenance, not customer-facing field service. HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors visiting customer sites need an FSM platform (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro), not a CMMS. Limble is for the facility maintenance team at the building, not the contractor servicing it.

Implementation
Deployment usually takes a few weeks, depending on how many assets and locations you have. Set up the location and asset hierarchy (manually or by CSV), build work order templates and preventive maintenance schedules, generate QR codes if you scan assets, then roll the mobile app out to technicians. Add reporting, parts inventory and your ERP or QuickBooks integration once the basics run. Moving from paper or spreadsheets is mostly a fresh start; moving from a legacy CMMS usually means rebuilding the asset library, so plan a period of running both systems.
