About MoveitPro
MoveitPro is moving company software from Longwood, Florida. Founder and CEO Jason Bergenske took over his family's moving and storage business, could not find software that fit, and began building his own in 2011. He funded development from the moving business rather than with outside investors. The company says it has served the moving industry for more than 15 years.
The current product is MoveitPro+, which the company calls the next generation of its software, and the founder's site says it was completely rebuilt from the ground up. It manages leads, estimates, dispatch, calls, analytics and automation in one platform. MoveitPro's site also has pages for electronic bills of lading and claims management, a migration hub for companies switching from other software, and the Pro App for crews, which includes GPS tracking and offline mode.

Advanced features such as AI calling and texting use prepaid tokens, sold in packs from 5,000 to 250,000 tokens, with larger packs discounted by up to 50%. The trade-off: you cannot compare MoveitPro+ on price without a demo, and AI usage adds a variable cost on top of the per-user fee. MoveitPro+ is also a rebuild, so ask how long the new version has been in production and how your data moves over from the classic MoveitPro or another system.
