About Supermove
Supermove is software for moving and storage companies, based in San Francisco. It was founded by Wonjun Jeong, who previously worked at Pinterest and Facebook, and a co-founder; the company says both are engineers who started by working with a local mover in California. Supermove is backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Founders Fund. It says it serves thousands of movers across the US and Canada, and its customer testimonials range from companies with 1-3 trucks to fleets of 10-15 trucks.
The product is a set of four apps. The Office App handles leads, CRM, scheduling, dispatch and customer communication. The Crew App gives crews digital bills of lading, payment collection, GPS tracking, crew photos and a timesheet calculator. The Estimator App runs virtual surveys with automatic calculations and e-signatures, and the Storage App manages stored inventory and storage billing.
Supermove's AI tools include the AI Sales Copilot, which shows live checklists and objection-handling scripts during calls, records and transcribes calls, scores them and drafts follow-ups. Supermove also describes AI voice agents that answer inbound calls 24/7 and automated outbound calling. The Sales Copilot integrates with Twilio, Dialpad and RingCentral phone systems, and Supermove lists QuickBooks Online, CallRail and a custom API among its integrations. In its 2024 review, Supermove said it shipped more than 200 software updates that year, including a Zillow integration and an improved QuickBooks integration.
