About Elromco
MoveBoard is moving company software from Elromco, which is based in Canton, Massachusetts. The company says it was founded in 2015 by people from the moving industry and that more than 600 moving companies across the United States and Canada use it, from small local movers to large interstate carriers.
It covers the whole job. Sales tools include a CRM with lead scoring, a pricing engine for hourly, flat-rate and long-distance moves (with seasonal rate tiers and fuel surcharges), and embeddable online quote forms that show customers a real price on the spot. Customers can then use a branded client portal to update their inventory, sign, pay a deposit and book online. On the operations side there is a drag-and-drop dispatch board, a job tracker, electronic bills of lading, a mobile web crew portal with navigation and inventory checklists, storage management, automatic invoicing, and crew payroll with commissions and tip splitting. MoveBoard's AI can change a message's tone, translate a customer's message to English and suggest replies. Its assistant, Ed, drafts texts and emails that a person then sends, and AI Inventory suggests a customer's items, with room, cubic feet and weight, from photos of their rooms.

Billing is month-to-month with no setup fees (the pricing FAQ says sales can arrange annual billing that saves up to 15%), Elromco offers a full refund within the first 30 days, and onboarding, training, data migration and support by phone, email and chat are included. Elromco lists integrations with RingCentral, Twilio, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Authorize.net, Angi and HomeAdvisor, plus a lead API. Its billing page says MoveBoard does not send to QuickBooks; bookkeepers and payroll providers work from its CSV reports.
The trade-off: the 3-user cap on Professional means a growing office moves to Enterprise, and multi-branch management is only on Enterprise. Elromco's contact page lists office hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with weekends closed, and the crew portal runs in the phone's browser rather than as a native app. It is built only for moving companies.
