About Arborgold
Arborgold is business management software for tree care, plant health care, lawn care and landscaping companies, and it also markets to pest control and snow removal businesses. Its about page says it was established in 1994 and that Jon and Donna Garner, who came from the tree and landscape business, have been refining it for more than 20 years. It is run by Tree Management Systems, LLC (doing business as Arborgold) from South Jordan, Utah. Arborgold says thousands of tree, lawn and landscape businesses use it.
The Starter plan covers CRM, estimating, unlimited land measurements, drag-and-drop scheduling, route optimization, job management, messaging, invoicing and e-payments, reporting and crew time tracking. Professional adds job costing, automated renewals, material inventory management, chemical tracking and an autoprice calculator. Enterprise adds plant and tree inventory mapping, sales automation, custom templates, expense tracking, equipment maintenance tracking and project scheduling. For plant health care work, Arborgold says crews can record weather conditions and chemical usage at the job site so state regulatory reports can be printed. The MobileCrew app for iPhone and Android lets crews punch in and out by job and records each punch on a map, and there are mobile apps for sales estimators and a customer portal.
Arborgold lists integrations with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Twilio (text and voice), SendGrid (email marketing), SiteOne (materials and purchase orders) and LandscapeHub. Its pricing page says Arborgold integrates with paid applications such as Twilio, LandscapeHub, SiteOne, SendGrid and QuickBooks, and that third-party software must be purchased separately, at additional cost. Arborgold Payments has no monthly fee; Arborgold lists 2.9% plus $0.20 per authorization for Visa, Mastercard and Discover, 3.5% plus $0.30 for American Express, and 1% for ACH capped at $15 per transaction.
