About Otuvy (formerly CleanTelligent)
Otuvy, formerly CleanTelligent Software, makes quality management software for commercial cleaning and facility service companies. The company says it began as a commercial cleaning business and started CleanTelligent in 2003. It is based in Provo, Utah, and its CEO is Caden Hutchens. Otuvy says its software has been used by more than 105,000 service professionals, with more than 19 million inspections and work orders recorded across more than 429,000 service locations.
The main product, Otuvy QM, is built around site inspections. Supervisors run inspections from templates on the web or the mobile app, including offline, and the results feed reports you can share with building clients. QM Pro adds work orders (Otuvy says a work order can be created automatically when an inspection flags a deficiency), scheduling for recurring periodic work, QR code forms that let clients, building occupants or staff send feedback, and a client portal where clients see inspection and work order messages. The help center also covers client surveys, text and email notifications, and running several business names (secondary service providers) on one account. The pricing page also lists custom sub-contractor permissions under work orders.
Published prices are billed annually. QM Inspect is $150 a month with 5 users included and $25 per extra user per month. QM Pro is $250 a month with 5 users and $45 per extra user per month. QM Enterprise is quoted. Add-ons include Operational Intelligence dashboards ($99 or $249 a month) and Otuvy Frontline, a separate task app for frontline staff ($50 a month plus $7 per user per month). Every plan also requires a one-time Otuvy Ignite implementation program, covering training and workflow setup, priced by package, add-ons and user count and not published.
The trade-off: Otuvy is a specialist tool for proving cleaning quality to commercial clients, and we found no online booking for residential customers on its site. The required Ignite fee means the first-year cost is higher than the monthly figures suggest, and we found no third-party integrations such as accounting or payroll listed on its site, so ask how data gets in and out before you sign.

Gather your client list, service locations, contacts and employees in spreadsheets first, since the help center documents imports for each. Build your client and service provider organization charts, then set up inspection templates and rating scales for each type of site you clean. Configure email and text notification templates, and on QM Pro give client contacts portal access and set up QR code forms or surveys. Train supervisors to run inspections and create work orders in the mobile app, then run a few inspections and share the reports with a friendly client before rolling out to every account.
