About Automaid (formerly Launch27)
Automaid, known as Launch27 until May 2026, is booking and scheduling software for residential cleaning businesses. The company says Launch27 was founded in 2013, and its privacy policy names Fullsteam Operations LLC of Auburn, Alabama as the parent company. Automaid says it is trusted by more than 3,000 home cleaners. The rename was a rebrand of the same product: logins still run through launch27.com.
The product is built around an online booking form that shows customers a price as they enter their home details and pick a frequency. You can price by bedrooms and bathrooms, by the hour, by square footage or with custom rules, and offer discounts for recurring cleanings. Behind the form sit a customer database, team scheduling and dispatch, email and text reminders, invoicing, card processing, a payroll calculator and a customer login where clients manage bookings, update cards and rebook. Automaid's homepage also says you can assign jobs and optimize routes from the scheduler.
Pricing is per company with unlimited users and bookings on every plan. Base is $75 a month, Pro is $150 a month and Plus is $299 a month billed monthly; Launch27's pricing page lists annual billing at 15% off ($765, $1,530 and $3,049.80 a year, or $63.75, $127.50 and $254.15 a month). Launch27's site offers a 14-day risk-free trial. Pro adds an unbranded booking form, time tracking reports, gift cards, satisfaction ratings, automated review requests and integrations with QuickBooks, Zapier, Google Calendar, Google Analytics and Twilio for SMS. Plus adds mobile apps for cleaners and staff, automatic card pre-authorization and charging, a referral engine, Spanish language support, photos and multi-location support.
Card payments run through the vendor's own Launch27Pay processing or a connected Stripe account. Other tools, such as Mailchimp, connect through Zapier.
The trade-off: the Base plan ($63.75 a month billed annually, $75 monthly) covers booking, scheduling and payments, but the cleaner mobile apps are only on Plus ($254.15 a month billed annually, $299 monthly) and every integration starts on Pro, so compare the plan lists against how your team works before you choose. Card processing rates are not published, so ask for them in writing.
