FieldAware is cloud field service management software. FieldAware says it was founded in 2011, and since December 2021 it has been owned by GPS Insight, a fleet tracking company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The product is now sold as FieldAware by GPS Insight, with sales contacts for the US, Canada, the UK and Australia/APAC.
FieldAware targets organizations that service equipment: building and construction services, facility and property management, industrial and commercial equipment, health sciences and medtech, and oil and gas. In the office it handles work orders, scheduling and dispatch, route and schedule optimization, asset management, invoicing, reporting and a customer portal. In the field, the mobile app offers mobile forms, a knowledge base, alerts, time tracking and offline work. Asset records support preventive maintenance scheduling and service contract compliance, with service history that stays with the equipment.
