About ZenFire
ZenFire is the fire protection product from ZenTrades, a field service software company that began in 2015 and launched ZenFire in 2021. ZenTrades is based in New York City with an office in Pune, India, and also sells versions for electrical, elevator, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen equipment and water restoration businesses. ZenTrades says more than 10,000 trade businesses use its software.
ZenFire centers on fire inspections: built-in NFPA forms and fire safety checklists, automated recurring inspections with compliance status tracking, deficiency reporting, and one-click inspection reports. Technicians can take photos and share them with the office right away. The office side covers drag-and-drop scheduling and dispatch with real-time updates, technician location tracking, estimates and invoices, online payments, inventory, job costing, crew and project management, customer history and reporting.
ZenTrades lists integrations with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for accounting, Stripe and Stax for card payments, and The Compliance Engine and Gravity for inspection compliance. ZenTrades publishes an Android app on Google Play.
