About Broadlume
Broadlume sells websites, marketing and business software to the flooring industry. It started in 2015 as Adhawk, an advertising technology company founded in New York by Todd Saunders and Dan Pratt, moved into flooring by buying FloorForce in 2018, and took the Broadlume name in 2020. It then acquired Freetail, Retail Lead Management and the RollMaster business management software. Cyncly, which also owns RFMS, announced its acquisition of Broadlume in December 2024, and the brands now operate as Cyncly Flooring. Broadlume is based in Harrison, New York, and says it serves thousands of flooring retailers and works with more than 300 manufacturers.
The customer-facing products are the core. Broadlume builds flooring websites with product catalogs and a flooring visualizer, and adds digital advertising, SEO, ratings and reviews, web chat and texting, call tracking and recording, and lead management. Its Retail Selling System adds in-store visualization and e-commerce sample ordering for showrooms.
The back-office product is Broadlume's flooring business management software, the former RollMaster. It is cloud-based and combines estimating, inventory, job costing, reporting and built-in accounting, and Broadlume pitches it as a replacement for QuickBooks. Broadlume Payments is integrated with it and publishes its rates: 2.79% for swiped cards, 2.99% for non-swiped cards and 1% for ACH. Broadlume websites can also send leads directly into RFMS for dealers who run that ERP.
Broadlume does not publish prices; everything is sold by demo and quote. In its Cyncly FAQ it said it had no current plans to change pricing for existing customers.
The trade-off: one vendor can cover your website, marketing and back office, but the scope is wide and unpriced, so pin down exactly which products you are buying, and expect changes as Cyncly combines its flooring brands.

Decide which pieces you need before the demo: a website and marketing, showroom visualization and sample ordering, the business management software, payments, or a combination. Ask for a written quote that lists each product, any setup fees and the contract term. If you are moving an existing website, plan the content and redirects so search traffic carries over. If you run RFMS, ask for the website-to-RFMS lead integration; if you adopt Broadlume's business management software, plan the accounting move off QuickBooks with your bookkeeper and set up Broadlume Payments if you want integrated card and ACH processing.
