About RollMaster
RollMaster is business management software for flooring retailers and contractors. Broadlume acquired RollMaster in 2021, and Broadlume itself became part of Cyncly, announced in December 2024. Broadlume now markets the product as its flooring business management software, and the Cyncly Flooring FAQ says existing RollMaster customers will continue to be supported and the product maintained.
The software is cloud-based and ties estimating, inventory, job costing and accounting together. Broadlume's pages describe real-time inventory valuation, wireless warehouse barcoding and cycle counts; job costs that update from the moment a job or purchase order is entered; and integrated accounting with a general ledger, installer payables and sales commissions. Broadlume pitches it as a replacement for QuickBooks. Reports cover financials, sales, job costing, salesperson performance and inventory, and export to spreadsheets. Broadlume says its customers range from retail to multi-family and commercial.
Payments run through Broadlume Payments, which is integrated with the software and publishes its rates: 2.79% for swiped cards, 2.99% for non-swiped cards and 1% for ACH, with payment links and next-business-day deposits. A Retail Lead Management integration connects leads to the business software, and MeasureSquare lists RollMaster as integrated with its takeoff software through the MeasureSquare Cloud API.
Broadlume does not publish prices for the software; it is sold by demo and quote. The trade-off: you get accounting, inventory and job costing in one flooring-specific system, but pricing is opaque, the RollMaster name is being folded into Broadlume and Cyncly, and moving your books off QuickBooks is part of the switch.
