About LMN by Granum
LMN (Landscape Management Network) is business software for landscaping companies, covering full-service landscaping, design and build, maintenance, tree care, and snow and ice work. It was founded by Mark Bradley and says it has served landscapers since 2009. In November 2024 LMN merged with SingleOps, alongside a growth investment from FTV Capital with participation from Five Elms Capital. In October 2025 the combined company launched Granum as its parent brand, so the product is now sold as LMN by Granum. LMN's legal pages give an address in Markham, Ontario, and LMN says more than 3,000 North American landscaping companies have adopted it.
LMN is built around budget-based estimating: you set up a company budget and use it to price estimates to a target margin. It also covers drag-and-drop scheduling with crew routing, a CRM, SMS messaging, a customer portal where clients see service information, invoices and schedules and can approve and sign proposals, and invoicing with online payments through LMN Pay (powered by Stripe, card or ACH). The LMN Crew app, in English and Spanish, lets crews track hours with GPS timestamps, add photos, weather notes and vendor receipts, and see job notes and checklists. That time feeds payroll and estimate-versus-actual job cost reports.
Prices are per company in US dollars, billed monthly after a one-time onboarding fee whose amount is not published. Starter is $297 a month for companies with fewer than 10 employees and includes 1 office or crew lead license and 5 crew member licenses. Professional is $648 a month for companies with 10 or more employees, includes 3 office or crew lead licenses and 15 crew member licenses, and adds real-time job costing, Zapier integrations, files and photos on documents, and equipment and material costing. Enterprise is priced by sales for multi-location companies and starts at 100 users. LMN says additional licenses are available for a fee, and Granum's Greenius crew-training software is an add-on.
LMN integrates with QuickBooks: the plan comparison lists QuickBooks Online on Starter and QuickBooks Online or Desktop on Professional and Enterprise, and you can import customers from QuickBooks or a CSV file. LMN's terms let either party cancel on 30 days' written notice, with no refund of fees already paid.
The trade-off: LMN costs more to start than simple scheduling apps, the onboarding fee is unpublished, and job costing, Zapier and QuickBooks Desktop sit on the $648 Professional plan. It is built for landscaping; Granum sells SingleOps as its tree care product, and multi-trade businesses need a general tool.
