Contractor+ is a mobile-first, freemium app for solo contractors and small trades teams. It bundles estimates, invoices, scheduling, client management and payments into one app for iOS and Android, and it has a free Freedom plan (basic CRM, up to 250 leads and clients, and 5 estimates or invoices a month) with no time limit.
Paid plans: Pro Team at $58 a month includes two users (+$20 a month per additional user) and adds QuickBooks Online, Zapier, a developer API, job costing and a client portal, and Max at $500 a month covers unlimited users. The pricing page offers monthly and annual plans (annual 'Save up to 40%'); read in a browser on 2026-10-22, $58 and $500 are the annual-plan prices, and on the monthly plan Pro Team is $98 a month (+$29 a month per additional user) and Max $597 a month. The pricing page text read 2026-10-22 shows Freedom, Pro Team and Max cards, while its FAQ still mentions a PRO plan.
